OLEJA for Development:
Javain offer two types of license for OLEJA development.When purchasing OLEJA Developer license(s), for each developer license you must get at least ONE of OLEJA Redistribution Package license(s).Then you may Upgrade/Purchase additional quantities of OLEJA Redistributin Package License(s) as you need.
- The OLEJA Developer License grants you the right to use OLEJA on one workstation (computer / desktops) for development purposes.
- The OLEJA Redistribution License grants you the right to embed OLEJA runtime in your product or system, and to redistribute that product
or system according to the Internal*1 or External*2 use restrictions and up to the number of workstations or sites*3, as you indicate when purchasing the product, without any further royalties to Javain.

Internal use: Licensee own use for single Application in one location.

External use: Licensee Redistributing its products to:Licensee other location or Licensee customers or any third party, all for single application.

Site: Server deployment in One Location or unlimited workstations, both for single Application.

A license is required for each developer who uses the OLEJA libraries. It is in violation of the license agreement terms to purchase less Development Licenses than the number of the developers who will actually use OLEJA. Within a year from your original purchasing date you may Upgrade your License directly from the Purchasing>Upgrade section of our website.
FYI, according to the OLEJA Redistribution License there is a License fee
according to the package you selecting while Purchasing, However, there are FREE
of charge OLEJA Redistribution License limited as follow: for Internal
use there are 25 workstation FREE runtimes and one workstation use for
External.

Javain offering you license of ready to use OLEJA Wrapped product for the following Software's:
MS Excel
MS Word
MS PowerPoint
MS Outlook
MS Internet Explorer
MS Access
MS Windows Media Player 9.0
MS EXML DOM
MS MSMQ SDK
MS Calendar
MS OLAP
MS ADO
Adobe Acrobat
Macromedia
Generate Wrapper Package
The OLEJA Wrapped License grants you the right to embed ready to use OLEJA runtime in your product or system and to redistribute that product or system, with unlimited quantities and without any further royalties to Javain.
When purchasing one or more of the OLEJA Wrapped License you must purchase the OLEJA Wrapped Runtime only once. Within a year from your original purchasing date you may Upgrade your OLEJA Wrapped License for more products directly from the Purchasing>Upgrade section of our website without repurchasing OLEJA Wrapped Runtime.
If you wish to have a Wrapped License for a product not listed in our website, you may first contact us to: sales@javain.com for getting our quotation with full details of your desire software and then you will have to fill in our quote in the last item of the list "Generate Wrapper Package".

OLEJA Maintenance & Support
When purchasing any OLEJA product, during the first year of the License you may entitle to certain Maintenance and Support services at no additional cost. Thereafter Licensee may purchase extended Maintenance and Support agreement for the Development Licenses with the OLEJA Redistribution Package directly from our website. M&S will grant you for enhancement, modification, bug fix, and update to the Software. Purchasing M&S should be executing from OLEJA>Purchasing>Upgrade .
You may renew your annual M&S of your license(s) starting 3 months befroe the end of your previous M&S period (either if it was free or paid) FYI, missing the M&S due date will cause you LOOSING YOUR M&S PRIVILEGES.
OLEJA Upgrade
Within the first year of your Last Purchasing you may Upgrade your License(s) as follow:
Upgrade OLEJA Developer License:
- You may Upgrade your last Purchased license(s) for more units of the product at a price that will be according to your NEW product Price Group, counting include your previous purchasing.
- You may Upgrade your last purchased license(s) for the Advance Edition of the product and pay only the difference between the two editions (the Advance Edition will be available in the future).
Upgrade OLEJA Redistribution License:
- You may Upgrade your Internal: Site and/or External:100 License(s) for more units or for External with discount of 15%.
Upgrade OLEJA Wrapped License:
- You may purchase more wrapped software products without the need to repurchasing the Runtime.
- Please note that if you wish to purchase Wrapped License for a product not listed in our website, you may first contact us to: sales@javain.com for getting our quotation with full details of your desire software and then you will have to fill in our quote in the last item of the list "Generate Wrapper Package".
OLEJA General Notes:
For more information about purchasing and the License you may submit your question wth the Support Request Form, or e-mail to sales@javain.com. Please advise that application using our Form gets priority.
According to the terms of the license agreement, it is not required for you to place Javain's copyright message in your software or documentation. However, if you would like to acknowledge the use of OLEJA in your product, you can do so by inserting a phrase in yours "about" dialog or documentation as follow:
